Perusahaan Induk


    Perusahaan induk (bahasa Inggris: holding company) adalah perusahaan yang menjadi perusahaan utama yang membawahi beberapa perusahaan yang tergabung ke dalam satu grup perusahaan. Melalui pengelompokan perusahaan ke dalam induk perusahaan, dimungkinkan terjadinya peningkatan atau penciptaan nilai pasar perusahaan (market value creation). Ciri/unsur ialah secara ekonomi ada kesatuan dan secara yuridis jumlah jama Faktor penentu ialah kepemilikan saham, perjanjian, faktor faktual, dll.

  1. FRANCHISING (KERJASAMA MANAJEMEN /(KERJASAMA MANAJEMEN / WARALABA)WARALABA) Franchising adalah kerja sama manajemen untuk menjalankan perusahaan cabang/penyalur. Inti dari franchising adalah memberi hak monopoli (lisensi) untuk menyelenggarakan usaha dari perusahaan induk.
  2. Perusahaan yang memberi lisensi (perusa- haan induk) disebut Franchisor, sedangkan perusahaan yang menerima lisensi disebut franchisee. Dalam franchising perusahaan yang diberi hak monopoli menyelengarkan perusahaan seolah-olah merupakan bagian dari perusahaan pemberi lisensi yang dilengkapi nama produk, merek dagang, dan prosedur penyelenggaraannya secara standar.
  3. Franchisor memberi dukungan awal dan berkelanjutan. Dukungan awal berupa : 1. Pemilihan tempat 2. Rencana bangunan 3. Pembelian peralatan 4. Pola arus kerja 5. Pemilihan karyawan 6. Periklanan 7. Bantuan pada acara pembukaan
  4. Selain dukungan awal, bantuan yang berlajut dapat berupa : 1. Pencatatan dan akuntansi 2. Konsultasi 3. Pemeriksaan dan standar 4. Promosi 5. Pengendalian kwalitas 6. Nasihat hukum 7. Riset 8. Material lainnya.
  5. Dasar hukum dari penyelenggaraan franchising adalah kontrak antara perusahaan franchisor dengan franchisee.

B.J. HABIBIE Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie known as BJ. Habibie was born on 25 June 1936. He was the Third President of the Republic of Indonesia (1998-1999). Habibie was born in Parepare, South Sulawesi Province to Alwi Abdul Jalil Habibie and R.A. Tuti Marini Puspowardojo. His father was an agriculturist from Gorontalo of Bugis descent and his mother was a Javanese noblewomen from Yogyakarta. His parents met while studying in Bogor.
