How to Make Chocolate Dipped Strawberries


To make chocolate dipped strawberries, first, prepare all the following ingredients:
  • 2 chopped squares semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
  • ½ tablespoon whipping cream
  • Dash almond extract
  • 8 strawberries

Second, combine the chocolate and the whipping cream in a glass measuring cup or bowl. Microwave at medium power for 1 minute until the chocolate melts, string after 30 seconds. Stir in the almond extract and cool slightly.

Finally, dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to dip off. Place on a waxed paperlined baking sheet. Refrigerate or freeze for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set.

B.J. HABIBIE Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie known as BJ. Habibie was born on 25 June 1936. He was the Third President of the Republic of Indonesia (1998-1999). Habibie was born in Parepare, South Sulawesi Province to Alwi Abdul Jalil Habibie and R.A. Tuti Marini Puspowardojo. His father was an agriculturist from Gorontalo of Bugis descent and his mother was a Javanese noblewomen from Yogyakarta. His parents met while studying in Bogor.
